Products that are purchased from our online store, can be exchanged/returned if the product is sent back to us within 14 days from the day you receive your order. Unfortunately, we cannot offer any exchange/return after these 14 days have passed.

We only accept products in original condition, including unworn and unwashed, with all original tags (including protective slip) attached. When you receive your product, please try it on over your underwear for sanitary reasons.

If the product is returned with signs of being worn, washed, damaged or missing one of the original tags and packaging, the product will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Sale items (including discount or promo codes) are not eligible for refund or exchange.

How can I return my product? 

We strongly advise you to use a trackable shipping service when returning the product back to us as we will not be held responsible if the item is damaged or lost during the process. If you experience any problem with the shipping process, please contact your local carrier for more information.


Exchange timelines

Once we have received the product, please allow 3-5 business days for your exchange to be processed, then 5-10 business days (depending on your location) for the new products to be shipped to you. You will receive an email with a shipping notification and your personal tracking number.
